  1. Your local Kovac’s agent will visit at the time you have booked.

  2. Your appointment will last for about an hour, during which your agent will look at your home and ask some questions.

  3. They will give you their valuation, explain how they arrived at that number, and answer any questions you might have. (No question is too big or small🌞)

  4. Your agent will let you know what the next steps are if you decide to instruct, so you can take your time and think about your decision.

  5. Your in-depth valuation report will be emailed to you within “one working day” of your appointment finishing. If you have any more questions, you can call or message your agent at any time.
